RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our goal is that you absolutely love your Say Something apparel and accessories, however, in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return/refund window, for eligible items.  The return window starts on the day of delivery. 

WHAT IS ELIGIBLE

1.  Eligible items include manufacturing fault, damaged during shipping or if you received an item that you did not order.

2.  SALE item purchases are final and not eligible for return. 

3.  General wear and tear over time & damage caused by neglect, misuse or incorrect washing is not considered manufacturing fault.

4.  Returns must be received in their original state, tags in tact, in an unworn and unused condition.  Returns with deodorant stains, marks, odors or equivalent are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

5.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with company standards.

6.  Rejected returns can be returned to the customer, by customer request and at the customer's postage expense.

HOW TO INITIATE A REFUND

  • Contact the support team at hello@saysomethingemb.com to address your concern.

  • Allow 72 hours for a response to sender's email.

  • If it is determined that the item of concern is an eligible item, we will assume shipping costs to exchange the item.

  • If it is determined that the item of concern is NOT an eligible item, then the customer must assume shipping to exchange the item.
